The ScanAI Scanning Pen is a smart device that instantly answers questions, translates in real time, and scans text. It has a large HD screen, Wi-Fi, offline translation for 60+ languages, Bluetooth, music playback, file storage, and voice recording.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped by the next business day. However, during periods of high demand, processing may take 2-3 business days. If you preordered the ScanAI Pen, please allow additional time for delivery.

How many uses does my ScanAI Pen have?

Your ScanAI Pen comes with 2,500 AI credits/uses. Adding more credits is extremely affordable, but rest assured, the free credits included with your pen will last a very long time! (three years).

Can ScanAI Pen read text aloud?

Yes! The pen has a text-to-speech function that reads scanned text aloud, making it a great tool for those with reading difficulties.

Does ScanAI Pen require an internet connection?

While some features, like online search and AI assistance, require Wi-Fi (or mobile hotspot), ScanAI also supports offline translation for 60+ languages and can scan text without an internet connection.

I’m 70 years old and I got this to help me scan my books and look up translations whenever I need them or search for a scientific term now and then.
